OCTPL had an extensive study on the infrastructural requirement on providing the best service quality as a Customs Cargo Service Provider and developed the Infrastructure and systems on Export, Import and Custom Bonded Warehousing facilities which suits best to the requirement of present trade.

Export

OCTPL has developed a Covered warehouse of 30,000 sq.ft capacity area to facilitate the intake of Export cargo, Storage, Customs examination and stuffing. The CFS provides facilities like palletisation, lashing, choking and other additional facilities required by the trade. Continuous survilence on safety of cargo is taken up by providing round the clock security and CCTV cameras which covers the entire Export warehouse. In-house fleet is capable of moving the Export containers to the designated port well in time for better connectivity in the nominated vessels.

Import

At OCTPL on the Import front, evacuation of Import containers from port is taken on priority through adequate fleet and the containers are moved as required by the Trade and also, in-house equipment takes care of proper and fast offloading of containers in the Import yard and deliveries. Import shed is having a capacity of taking around 100 containers LCL consignments with adequate safety requirements including CCTV cameras. The entire Import yard is paved with regular house keeping and proper stacking enabling quick and easy delivery of containers.

Bonded Warehouse

OCTPL provides Custom Bonded Warehousing facility to enable Importers to store the duty unpaid cargo. A covered warehouse of 35,000 sq.ft and an open warehouse of 1,00,000 sq.ft enables adequate space to the customers for storage of precious Import cargo and Over Dimentional cargo as per their requirements. The facility is being utilised by the customers who will move their Import container to the CFS and also by the customers who will bring the cargo from other CFS units.
